Motion Plus
Conventional TVs display visuals at a 50Hz frame rate which means it shows 50 still images per second. Samsung Motion Plus™ runs at 100Hz or 200Hz (dependent on model), twice the rate or more of ordinary televisions, so even the fastest action scenes are precise, clear and blur-free.
Motion Plus™ works by intelligently estimating the on-screen action. Then it creates and inserts extra frames between frames. The result is a seamless, blur-free viewing experience that's perfect for sports and other fast-motion including scrolling text.

Ultra Clear Panel®
Samsung's patented Ultra Clear Panel® technology gives you clear, crisp images without glare. A new anti-reflective coating delivers dramatically darker blacks, vibrant depth of colour and reduced reflection.

Media@2.0
Samsung Medi@2.0 lets your customers enjoy multimedia content from a range of sources.
Internet@TV uses widgets, small internet applications that deliver relevant web content to your TV.
Widgets make it easy to keep track of news, weather, stock markets, sports results and YouTube videos. Connection can be wired or wireless through a Samsung wireless LAN adaptor.
Photo widgets give viewers access to photo sharing services like Flickr® through their wide-screen television.
Samsung Content Library provides pre-loaded material on a range of subjects including cooking, health, games and education. The library can be customised and updated.
USB 2.0 Movie uses a simple USB interface to let your customer play music and videos and view pictures right on their TV screen.
Supports high speeds of up to 480 Mbps.
Supports FAT 16 / 32 files, the type found on USB drives, flash devices and SD cards.
Rewind, fast forward, play, pause and stop buttons on remote control.
Scroll ability. Ideal for larger content.
DLNA (Digital Living Network Alliance) turns the TV into a digital media player so you can watch video and view pictures saved on your PC. A wired or wireless router pairs up the TV and DLNA certified equipment like laptops, PCs and even Samsung's Omnia mobile phone, so content can be streamed from one to the other. DLNA removes the need to copy media onto a USB storage device and then connect the USB to the TV.

Excellent TV, great picture, good value5
I've just finished installing one of these for my daughter and I must say I was pretty impressed.

Forget Samsung's high-tech claims; we've been getting hype like this from manufacturers for decades. In truth, the picture is little different from an LCD TV from any GOOD manufacturer, and much as previous Samsung TVs - which means it's very good indeed. What is improved is better connectivity; it's as well to be as future-proof as possible (although other makes of set are also becoming so equipped). As well as the usual SCARTS and phono sockets, there are no fewer than 4 HDMI sockets and even a USB connection.

The TV was easy to lift and quite stable on its stand, despite its relatively large size. It was also easy to set up, channels being found easily. A glance at the instructions suggested manual tuning should be straightforward, should you need it, though I stress I had no need to try it. Freeview reception was good and, once I'd got the hang of it, it was simple to connect all accessories. A bonus is the remote, which is very easy to handle and has nice, positive buttons.

Picture was excellent, and quite amazing in HD. Motion blur was only visible on extreme fast shots, and clarity and colour very good. The non-reflective screen can be seem from quite a wide angle and seemed to adjust itself well to any light conditions.

Points you may want to note are:

    - most connections are round the back, but a few (typically the fourth inputs) are at the left-hand side (facing the screen) just offset to the rear a little. This may affect you if you plan to butt the TV up against a wall or similar, but otherwise should make frequent plugging and unplugging simple, though I can imagine it might be a bit fiddly if you hang the TV on the wall (something most sets suffer from)

    - although equipped with Dolby settings, sound is adequate rather than spectacular. This tends to be a common problem with flat-screens; the difficulty is fitting good loudspeakers into a shallow box. More expensive solutions can help, but not all of us are bothered about surround sound when watching the news or Big Brother, and Samsung have decided to keep the cost down. Even so, it will satisfy most, and if you're serious about films you'll probably have a separate audio setup anyway

    - although not the largest, this is still a big TV and it's got to be easy on the eye even when not in use. Personally I like the simple, unfussy styling

Overall, I found it excellent. Although I'm not in the market myself at the moment, I will certainly check it out when the time comes.

    fab tv5
After many hours trawling reviews and visiting the high street rip off merchants to see the tv in the flesh i decided to take the plunge on a forseeable future proof stylish tv.Fantastic service from Amazon order placed on monday tv arrived on wednesday,if you read reviews they will say the sound quality is thin i have had no problems the sound. It was very easy to carry out the initial install and quite straightforward to tweek the tv settings to your own custom settings if you so wish. The picture quality is fantastic clear bright images, overall an awesome package cant fault it.

Great Picture, well loads of facilities5
Walk into your local electrical retailers and be confused by the myriad of Lcd/LED and Plasma tv's on offer. It's important to me that a tv should have a great picture, the picture should be bright, and the contrast ratio should be high.Samsung will give you both, it's a much better image than the Sony varients, and cheaper too.So why choose the Samsung LE37B650T2 over the cheaper Samsung 37" models? Simply put, it's contrast ratio is better, meaning the darks are darker and the whites are brighter.I originally decided to wait for the 37" LED tv's to come on the market, but couldn't justify the extra price tag with what I perceived a similar image.Plasma tv's don't seem to show whites properly - I've seen a few,and large areas of white (eg: skiing) appear grey.
The LE37B650T2 is easy to set up, but straight out of the box it's default image is too bright and contrasty ( looks good in the shop next to the pasty image on other sets - but not in the lounge). It took some time to get the image right for me. Sound quality is ok, nothing special. What really shines - and a bonus to me,were the 2 x USB sockets! My son pluged in a USB stick with 2 movies on it - picture quality was excellent! One of the USB sockets will support an external USB hard disk drive, so downloaded movies and programs can be watched. It also supports photo viewing and music too, so in all a great set. There's an RJ45 socket for connecting the set to the internet for internet tv - I haven't explored this yet, so can't comment.
