Laughed my butt off!4
It's about taking pride in yourself - loving yourself the way you are, and believing you are worth it. Lots of jokes don't take away from the excellent advice given here - that no one can make you feel bad about yourself unless you let them, that skinny doesn't automatically mean good, sexy or nice and that hard work, a good attitude and some self love can make the difference. Loved it!

I LOVED this book, so entertaining!5
I really enjoyed this book, Mo'nique has such a fabulous sense of humour and brings some real laughs with her stories, she is a real inspiration to larger ladies everywhere, I bought this book along with some others to help me with my low self esteem after putting on a lot of weight, I have to say this book did the trick, I read it in one sitting!

Honest, liberating and funny!
