If you haven't got a HD telly...
Then this is the best option, it offers noticeable improvement in picture quality on a standard television. Highly recommended if (like me) your budget is empty after buying your PS3 and you can't quite afford that HD set just yet!
Very good product at the price
Brought this product as I dont have an HD TV and I read that using S-Video for the playstation 3 could significantly improve the picture with SD TVs. Cable was delivered fast with a delivery time of around 3 days.
When I first plugged it in to my S-Video slot on my TV was a bit disappointed with scrolling wavy lines, eventually worked out that it was cross talk between the power lead of my DVD player and the video cable.
This is one downside to the cable, but the picture is now very clear as I moved it away from the power lead and it has significantly improved the picture. Despite the other reviews I had no problems with the moulding. I recommend this at the price for sorting out picture quality.
Works... after some work
The Cable works but like the reviewer before me said the large mouldings are so large that they prevent the cable from producing a descent picture. Actually it wasn't even a picture but a bunch of grey and black wavy lines.
I trimmed the mouldings and it works fine now but I shouldn't have had to do that if the people who made the cable had even tested it just once. Just go with a different cable to save the hassle.
