Great For Grass
I bought these grass shears as 2 sides of my lawn touch fencing or decking so can't be strimmed.

They work as they are supposed to, making light work of the grass.

I also tried to cut down a couple of large tulip stems with them but they cannot manage that. This is fine as they are after all grass shears and are not designed for pruning.

They lose one star because the switch which is meant to lock them shut (for when you are not using them) does not work.
