Not that useful, sorry
It fits the Karcher and it turns with water pressure.
BUT - due to the mechanism -the water flow is the same as a garden hose, the brushes turn without gusto and on the whole it does not clean your car.

My Karcher does not have an inline soap dispenser, rather a seperate unit which needs to be interchanged - so that makes the brush only suitable for washing off the suds, which it does poorly.

As you gathered, I rather wasted my money on this having to buy a brush for the garden hose to scrub it, which actually works better.

Good 2nd Time Around
The first one delivered gave up after 4 hours, it was a motor failure but full marks to Amazon, the no quibble replacement arrived 2 days later and it has performed beyond expectation. I would recommend this product

I have a large paved area, front and back and it has come up like new. I have also cleaned the face brick on my house (taking great care) as this machine is powerful. I would recommend buying the lance extension as you will suffer back pain with the standard length supplied

put simply it does not work, the brush spins so slowly as to be a complete waste of time,
back to using a sponge for me
