This GKC1000 has a robust 10cm effective cutting chain width and is powered by a rechargeable 18 volt battery. This Black & Decker GKC1000 is fitted with the most up to date and patented jaw which encloses the moving chain providing added protection and safety to the user. The loppers also have an easy oil system. This machine is perfect for saving time and effort for work in and around the garden and is suitable for pruning trees and cutting fallen branches into smaller pieces. This machine approximately makes 150 x 3.5cm cuts per charge;the re-charge time is 8 hours.

    Pruning is now fun5
    Being a 60 year old femail weakling, I find this croc eats through branches and boughs easily. Plus it's fun to use. Pruning jobs I've had outstanding for years are not getting sorted. It was easy to set up too. I just wish I'd known how much oil it uses so I could have ordered it at the same time; so get some oil too. It does everything I want of it. I actually look forward to my pruning now!
