Good reading
Enjoyed this asit was a personal account of a man who went his own way and lived his dream. As it was written almost on a
day to day experience you got a real feel of how life was like, how the weather was and how he enjoyed his lifestyle, so simple as it was. Also he showed some lovely turns of phrase, would like to read more of his works, if there is any ? Very practical for anyone also who would like to do a self build.

Good for the soul!
This is a wonderful, heart-warming story of one man making a life for himself in Alaska. You become very involved in his daily routines, his observations of life. His attitude about everything is so positive, it lifts you. I was sad when the book finished. Read this book and be blessed.

This is an excellent book really enjoyable a great inspiration to follow your dreams.It's one of them books that puts you right in the the picture.Highly recommended.
