Sleepy in Seattle? Not this book!
The third in the Walker Papers series.
A happy return to this series for me, the characters all feel like familiar friends now.
This book sees it all get personal for Joanne Walker,as some of her closest friends succumb to the mysterious magic based sleeping sickness that's hitting Seattle. Her guide Coyote is still missing, without his protection and guidance her dreams are being invaded by night and her days are spent dodging a determined reporter whilst trying to find and confront the cause of this plague before it claims any more of her friends, or before she falls asleep herself!
There's two strangers in town, both very attractive and with the same tattoo, and the female one of them is getting very close to Morrison...waking up a jealous side that Joanne didn't know she had! Is it the jealousy that makes her suspicious of these newcomers? Or is there a very good reason why Joanne should be suspicious of them? Of course, it doesn't help when she wakes up one morning beside the male stranger with no idea of what happened the night before...
