A 14th century poem about sexual frustration
I had to study this at university. The poem itself, about courtly love and - ultimately - sexual frustration is a masterpiece. The text reproduced here is in its original 14th century state and to understand it meant literally translating every line from the (very good) notes at the back. It's a dificult read, but does pay off.
