Love is always just around the corner in a Jill Mansell novel - with a few surprises and a lot of humour on the way to happiness
Miranda is thrilled when she meets Greg at a cocktail party. He's gorgeous, he's funny - and he's very keen. Just what a girl needs to put some sparkle in her life. Heavens, he's practically perfect! Greg likes Miranda a lot. She's young, she's pretty, and she never talks about babies. Of course he hasn't told her everything about himself - even the sweetest girls can be a bit funny about a man who's just left his newly pregnant wife. But there's no way she's going to find out - or is there?
Luckily for Miranda men are like buses - you don't see any for ages then three come along at once. She just needs to catch the right one...

Customer Reviews
This is one of the BEST books i have ever read!!!!!
This really is a brilliant book! From start to finish it has you wanting to read on and it really does have you wondering what's going to happen next the whole way through! I'm a hopeless romantic, and this book is exactly the kind that I love! The end is brilliant, exactly how it should turn out, and I really don't understand how people could call this book disappointing! This book gets you really involved in the characters and their lives, and at one point I actually had tears streaming down my cheeks because it was so sad! This is the second Jill Mansell book I've read, the first being Kiss (which is also really good) and I'm definately going to read more. She's a brilliant author and I love her books! This is definately a book not to be missed out on!
Brilliant! I could not put it down until I had read it.
I came across Jill Mansell by buying a weekly magazine where one of her novels were free. I have not stopped buying her books since. Miranda's mistake is so far my favourite. It had me giggling but it also made me feel sad as well. Things may not happen like that in real life but the book allows you to escape for a while. I can't wait to read the latest Jill Mansell.
This book should be made into a film.
A friend reccomended Miranda to me. I was a bit aprehensive at first as I usually read courtroom/crime novels so this made a real change. From start to finish I was hooked by the brilliant plot,I'll even admit to having a few tears at one point and i felt i really knew the characters. Now I always make a point of buying a Jill Mansell book whenever there is a new one out.
