Customer Reviews
easily as good as Plan B
I have always been a fan of Emily Barr's books and thought this was a real return to form (my absolute favourite is Plan B). Really gripping, and, like her best books, quite dark. She has a good eye for contemporary London and a cracking ear for dialogue (which often gets on my nerves in lesser modern fiction). I have recommended Barr to lots of my friends and never known anyone not to enjoy her books.
The Sisterhood - Emily Barr's best book yet, by far
I've enjoyed a lot of Emily Barr's novels, but this one seems like a real step forward. It's chilling and gripping, but also funny and hard to put down. I will definitely be buying her next one!
Couldn't put it down!
This is Emily Barr's greatest book to date. Being both witty and dark it was impossible to put down. The chapters flowed effortlessly as the story unfolded. I loved it.
