NCT Book of Postnatal Depression
After the birth of my first child i was suffering the 'baby blues' and another mother recommened this book to me.It made me feel so much better to know that there wasn't actually something wrong with me that hadn't been heard of before. It gave me a fantastic boost and greater understanding on how women like me can suffer through postnatal depression,i went on to have 2 more children,and yes i did suffer with postnatal depression again, but found it much easier to cope with knowing that i wasn't the only mother to have suffered this.The book is full of helpful hints and also other womens concerns,that sometimes i read and thought that i was the one in the book they were writing about! It was a great help.
