Product Description

Straight and macho Taki partners with feminine and gay Goh to form an expert team of bandits hired by the police to steal from the mafia. Lately, Goh has been more interested in acquiring Taki's feelings than the usual caches of arms and drugs. Will Taki and Goh form a new kind of partnership? Volume one of Yellow begins with a brewing personal interest between Taki and Goh, though Taki is still unwilling to answer to Goh's desires. A gangster's jealousy leads to Taki's kidnapping, and it's up to Goh's cunning and charms to save him. Working solo, it's also up to Goh to find the drugs he was hired to steal while sidestepping a police conspiracy powder keg.

A fun read5
Just one hint at the start: Buy all in one go! There are only 4 volumes and its well worth it! Its a great manga! Probably one of the best yaoi mangas out there!

---ART---
The action sequences are amazing, the images have an incredible sense of motion and the anatomy is spot on! No frauds whatsoever... The style is "mature", I would say. Very detailed and easy on the eyes.. The mangas are generally very well layed out. The "important" scenes are well sized and fill good 0.5 - 0.75 of the page, with very small detailed images to fill the spaces ;-)

---PLOT--- (NO SPOILERS)
Its a lovestory... Although the manga has explicit scenes, in my opinion, the main issue here in the plot is that one (Goh) "is definetly Homo while the other (Taki) is decidedly Hetero" In an epic battle against the drugdealers of Japan, Taki and Goh (the two main characters) eventually get together (of course). The Plot is undermined with "sad" stories from Taki's past. All in all, I find the plot well structured and simple enough to focus on the developing relationship between Taki and Goh.

---LANGUAGE USAGE---
You can definetly get the story even without reading the text! And in some places its clever not to. About 12% of the entire text of the series can be overlooked. When you read the mangas a second or third time 'round, you will anyway. The Language in general though is humurous, casual, informal. Quite entertaining. No (or hardly) bad language.

---CONCLUSION---
A must! One of the best Yaois out there! And its short and snappy! Rushed? Maybe, but we dont care seeing the positive comments above ;-)
Well worth every Penny if you are a Yaoi fan!

One of my favorite yaoi series4
Goh and Taki are some kind of 'good thieves'. They steal mostly drugs from the bad people. They don't know much about their employers, but there are hints that they are hired by the police. As such the story is quite action packed and Goh and Taki have to avoid some pretty dangerous situations. But as a team they can rely on one another.

On the personal level it's a little bit more complicated as Goh is gay and Taki straight. But that doesn't keep Goh from trying his luck with Taki, but at least in volume 1 of the Yellow series with little success.

Yellow has an excellent story and the drawings are gorgeous. There's also a lot of humor in this series. Overall an excellent yaoi.

A-dor-a-ble!!!!5
This is sooo cuuuute! If you love hard yaoi just as I do, then you will loooove this! The two main characters are HHOOOOOOOOTTTTTTT and the storyline is rather dramatic! Even though it's supposed to be ACTION/Romance....
But anyway! Yaoi freaks would love this series!
