Product Description

The Blue Day Book is a wonderful collection of amusing, poignant animal photos and inspired captions guaranteed to lift the spirits of anyone who's got the blues. The fact is, we all have our bad days - they are an intrinsic part of being human. As prescribed by The Blue Day Book in its delightful photo and text messages, the solution is to see each incident in perspective, recognize that our feelings of failure and loss are not unique, acknowledge the absurdities of our existence and glory in the potential we all have. In less than one hundred sentences, The Blue Day Book conveys this message with great humour. Its vehicle is charming black-and-white photographs of animals that are strangely human and completely free of judgement or pretension. The images take us through the entire evolution of a blue day, examining what it feels like, what causes it and how to get over it.

Feel Good in Five Minutes!4
What a great little book! Don't expect a huge read this is just photos and captions, but what terrific photos! Animals caught in simple or crazy poses, all brought togther with a commentary of how life sometimes gets you down, but you just have to pick yourself up and start again. I laughed out loud as I read this book, and my daughter did too! A lovely stocking filler! I defy you not to smile when you read it!

Turns a Blue Day Into A Good Day5
I bought this book originally because the cover caught my eye and on flicking through it it seemed amuzing. The photographs are wonderful with just the right amount of humour without being too kitch. The animals do not look like they are being made to look like humans. The really telling piece about the book though, is the captions. Even without the pictures they are very good at hitting just the right spots if you are having a bad time and really do cheer you up. But the combination of the picture with just the right caption is devastatingly good.
Having enjoyed it so much I sent one to a friend in Spain who was having a bad time. She rated it as good as I did and was very soothed and amused by reading it. The word has spread from there. 8 copies have now been sent on to Spain and France as well as the UK to friends of friends who need cheering up.
So, although in its own right it is an excellently produced book with marvellous photography and very apt captions, it is also worth having because it can be as good as doctors medicine in lifiting your spirits.

Buy it for yourself but more so buy it for your friends!5
Know someone who is feeling down; been off sick for a while; depressed; miserable - BUY this book now and post it to them!
All those wonderful crazy animal pictures you see from time to time from lackadaisical lions to romantic swan necks are here in this little book. Carefully arranged by Bradley Greive with a one or two liner caption each this book leads you sequentially from blue day to new day, from depression to forward thinking happiness in 92 picture pages of fun that you will want to dive back in to time and time again.
Give it to someone who is feeling low and they will soon feel better! Give it to someone who feels good already and they'll laugh at the funny side of the animal kingdom.
Worth every penny of the cover price and cheaper than an NHS prescription!
