Synopsis
A recently bereaved mother takes her daughters to live in a remote mountain location in WICKED LITTLE THINGS. Unfortunately, when they arrive, the family finds themselves at the mercy of dead children who were buried in a nearby mine many years ago.

A wicked little movie
It's always nice when you go into a movie expecting it to be shoddy at best and dreadful at worst, but end up really enjoying it; that's what happened to me with this one.

Zombies mixes the genres of ghost stories and zombies, and does it well: a recently widowed mother moves her two daughters to a house in the mountains which they inherited in her husband's will. The house is close to an old mine where many children died. At night the children come out to feed.

I was expecting a really low budget movie with weak actors but that wasn't the case at all. The effects are simple but effective and the plot well executed; characters have been well cast with the youngest daughter giving an oustanding performance. The film has some eery moments and a fair amount of gore. By no means is this is a classic but at under a fiver it is well worth a watch.

well worth a watch
i bought this dvd as i like anything zombie related, it not paticully scary or gory but it does have a good story to it. basically its about a group of children who die down a mine shaft and they come back to seek revenge on the ancestors of the people who killed them. its well worth a watch on a rainy night with nothing else to do.

not great
i'm always looking for new zombie movie releases, i was quite excited when i found this one and decided to buy it. unfortunately i must say i was dissapointed, the story is a bit thin on the ground and the zombie action is limited, not a lot of gore either. most zombie movies you expect to see poor acting, stupid plotlines and loads of gore. they dressed this movie up as if it was a serious film. my advice is to go for a good romero if you want something with a bit more substance or a lucio fulci for something more light hearted and fun, not to mention cheaper. to be honest, i'm still waiting for world war z, come on plan-b, get it made.
