Debut release from The Pink Floyd .... quintessential British psychedelia. Not an obscure release y any means, but it really doesn't get much better than this.

Although it's difficult to be definitive about such things, this might just be the best Beatles album of them all.

Mind-blowing US psychedelia. Never heard of them? Don't worry. You won't be disappointed. This is brilliant stuff.

Fairly obscure West Coast .. these guys are brilliant. This is missing "Hearts To Cry", which I really love. Still, well worth the expense.

Another one that was probably ultra rare in the pre-internet age. This has some fine examples of British psychedelia - e.g. "Fourpenny Bus Ride", "Madman Running Through The Fields".

Track six alone is worth it. This is a strange collection of songs, but worth the price. Once again, track six is super trippily good.

It's difficult to know which Airplane LP to choose, They're all pretty decent. Just try the entire discography.

Well, we couldn't forget "Cream" now, could we?

This provides an extremely decent introduction to the late 60s British Underground. Most enjoyable.

Another killer compilation/boxset. They really do serve as an excellent intro to all sorts of artists you'd never otherwise know about. Worth the price, although perhaps more garage than psyche.

I admire the craziness of "Trout Mask Replica" but this is still, probably, my favourite Captain Beefheart album. The original "Mirror Man" album is also a release worth purchasing.

There is also a 4 disc Monterey Pop Festival release, Take your pick. The festival that sort of "offically" began the "Summer of Love".
