Excellent safety tips
I really wish that I had read this book a few months ago. Self-sabotage can be extremely harmful, but these tips go a long way towards limiting the damage. If I had only followed the advice within, I might easily have prevented an excruciating night of pain and embarrassment back in March. Being stitched up by a smirking nurse (after a particularly frenzied bout of 'self-sabotage') is not an experience that I would wish to repeat!
Lifesaving book! Just that simple for me.
I really wish that I have been introduced to books like this when I was younger! But it gives me an insight that I need now, as well.
Everybody should read this book, and similar books.
