Manufacturer's Description
The FS100 series Fast Ethernet switches bring the 100 Mbps switching technology in a compact form factor to the small office marketplace at an aggressive price. These switches segment networks for improved performance, enabling the most demanding multimedia and imaging applications. Since each port is auto-speed-sensing, individual hubs or directly attached servers can easily be upgraded from 10 to 100 Mbps.

Customer Reviews

Does what it says5
Difficult to fault this product. It's small, flat, runs completely silently and simply bounces your packets around to all your wired devices. Very simple to use, just plug it in and go.

Netgear networking a lot easier than I thought.5
I got a netgear because I have had 50Mb Broadband installed by virgin media and wanted to take a cat 5 cable from their NETGEAR hub box they provided, to this Netgear FS108 and distribute to a wired network to a number of computers. I plugged it in and after switching one or two boxes off and on it started working fine.

That's it. I 've never had to bother with it again.

Netgear FS108 Unmanaged Switch5
I ordered this to distribute Network around my home and cables could be put in as part of renovation works. It is a very neat, small unit with an external power supply provided, but does just what it says on the box. Very simple to set up, one feed in and seven out. I located in the loft space which made it easy to drop cables down the walls into the required rooms.
