A great introduction to Lactose Intolerance5
This is a great book (the only book?) for anyone trying to master living with Lactose Intolerance. My son was diagnosed in the USA at age 2 and when I came back to the UK I really struggled to find out anything about the condition. My GP wasn't much use and my health visitor only seemed to know about dairy allergies and not about Lactose Intolerance. This book filled the gaps.

This book is great at explaining the background to the condition, how Lactose Intolerance is the norm in most other parts of the world and how Lactose Tolerance (the norm in Northern Europe) is really quite rare. It also includes good practical tips on living with the condition.

It's a very ineresting as well as a very useful read.
