The best desserts I ever made; a must have book!
I am no Nigella but as I do want to lower my cholesterol, thought I'd give this a try.
This book is spot on, easy to use, excellent guidance, perfect results.
Try the amazing hot fudge sunday cake and brownies; and the simple Peanut Butter cookies__ok I like Yank desserts. But honestly this is a vegan cookbook thought that is not noted with recipes to please everyone. Either fly to US to take a class with this woman or buy the book, or both!

Dissappointing
I tried several recipes in this book and I was pretty dissappointed with all of them. I brought this book so that I could make vegan treats for some friends. The bronwie that I made fromt he book tasted like earthy soil. I wouldn't reccomend this book. Sarah Kramer's Vegan books are better.

Must-have baking book!
This is by far the best baking book that I own - and I have a LOT!! After purchasing the book here, I was so impressed, that I travelled to New York to attend Fran's Vegan Baking Boot Camp - what a fantastic experience! If you are interested in baking healthier desserts that taste like desserts- this is the book for you. The instructions are detailed and lead to consistent results. I highly recommend this book to everyone!
