Good practical advice to be your best.
Whilst better known for his books about golf (notable Golf is Not a Game of Perfect and Golf is a Game of Confidence) Dr Bob has turned his hand to helping us tackle being the best we can in everyday life. Dr Bob Rotella provides clear, sound advice delivered in an easy to read way supported by stories of real-life situations. As with all his books, you find yourself saying - "this is just common sense", but sometimes reaffirming what we may know is the best counselling we can get. I would recommend this and any of Dr Rotella's books (particularly if you are a golfer) if you want to achieve your best. There is more to life (Golf) than the mechanics.
