Look for damage before using
In general these look like a really great value set. The putter is the same as much more expensive ones. The hybrid fairway wood is just the job (shame there is only one) and the metal clubs are as good as much more expensive models.

Unfortunately, mine arrived with some damage t the driver (two dents) which is a poor advert for quality control. Also the other wood is pitted on the contact surface which does not seem a major problem but worries me with regard to how long it will last, etc. Returning them for an upgrad to a different set or a replacement has turned out to be very difficult with this supplier who has ignoed all contact for a week now.

As a first golf set, I would say this is actually great value and a good buy. However, if you are looking for better quality and perhaps something that may last longer I would say it is worth paying a little more for one of the better sets -you get what you pay for.
