it is what it says.-- a classic
I purchased this club a month ago. I find it much easier to use than my old driver. I'm hitting the ball straighter and further than I've ever done before. The balance is good and I hardly feel the ball release off the face of the club. I play off 25 and I'm constantly driving past players with a much lower handicap and much more expensive clubs. All in all a very good club for a very good price.

Excellent value for a driver
I bought this driver some months ago and I really like it. It is quite light and is the maximum size of face allowed by the R&A.

When you connect properly with it, you do get decent distance.

Remember sometimes the lack of distance is due to the player and the swing and not the club! Or look at using castle tees for the driver - which since I have done I am getting the ball away far more often.

I am prone to a slice but again that is my fault and not this club's. For the price it offers excellent value.

the texan driver is a good driver for junior players, because of its lack of stiffness it sends the ball all over the course. For it to be a good driver it needs to have abit more stiffness, an i would personally recommend it, but as it stands right now i will not. But for the price it will not be perfect. As they say you get what you pay for!so low budget beginners go for it.
