Customer Reviews

Long, But Definitive and Clear5
There is no getting away from the fact that there are a lot of rules in golf. At least when you buy this book you know you are getting the definitive and up-to-date version of the applicable rules. Many golf books are still based on the 2004 version of the rules, which contains some important differences. I actually found this book to be pretty well written and laid out, despite the potentially stuffy content. There are anecdotes and photos of past incidents when professional players have come unstuck, which highlights how important it is to know the rules properly.

Sizeable but essential5
Yes the rules could be squeezed into a few dense pages of legalise but this well priced book recognises the difference between something that will get used and something that will get left on the shelf. It understands that must of us will get by with a small number of rules well understood, and makes all the rules accessible when we need them

Golf Rules5
An excellent up to date book outlining the principal changes on the decisions on the rules of golf, especially helpful to match & handicap secretarys
