this exercise bike was delivered within 7 days and came as a flat pack, i was dreading putting it all together but it was i piece of cake, it is very sturdy and does not creak like some stationary bikes do, it is also very quite, there are lots of different workouts to choose from and the heart rate monitor comes in very handy, i like this bike alot and i think it was excellent value for money....
