A great exercise machine, if you are over about 5 foot 4 inches
This is a very sturdy product, and great being a 2 in 1. The cycling and rowing actions are both smooth, and easy to switch from one to the other.

The only potential downside could be if you are short. I am 5 foot 5 inches tall, and the seat for cycling is all the way forward for me, so if you are any shorter you wouldn't reach the peddles!

The onboard computer is quite basic but yet enough, although the calorie count seems a bit high (more than on other cycles I have used) so I wouldn't trust it as an accurate counter.

All in all though, I am delighted with the machine.

Cycle- Rower - Item returned
Ordered product from Amazon, took aprox hour to put together - product delivered varies from pictures slightly but esentially same thing. Felt solid, seemed to be working great till actually started it up. The cycling process is good quiet, and all the electricals worked great, the magnetic adjustment is smooth. With the rowing there were problems with the electronics which meant that the sensors did not work at all - so no readings, the timer did,etc did not work for rowing.

Product eventually returned after Amazon messed up on delivery dates.
