Product Description
With simple, delicious recipes Cat Cora has gathered together her most memorable dishes, perfect for sharing with family and friends. Family and friends gathered around a table laden with laughter and good food. What could be better? Join Cat Cora in the kitchen for meals and memories to share and remember. Cat's food is simple and delicious. Inspired by her Greek heritage and her roots in the American South, honed by her experiences in restaurants in France and California, her dishes shine with flavour. Tempt your guests' palates with a morsel of freshly baked Spanakopita, the traditional Greek favourite of spinach, dill, and feta in pastry. If there's is a chill in the air, warm them with chicken stew, redolent of wine, garlic, and cinnamon or slow-roasted pork coated with a sweet-savoury bourbon glaze. For dessert serve a warm Walnut Tart topped with creamy vanilla gelato. And for warm summer evenings, take it outside with Cat's all-grill supper: a remarkably easy showstopper including such succulent delights as grilled prawns with a froth of egg and lemon, lamb chops with fruity mustard, and sublime grilled fruits with prosciutto and cheese.
