The Le Creuset Misto is a great dispenser for spraying a fine mist of oil or vinegar. It is ideal for use on: salads, pasta, frying pans, grills and barbecues.

A healthier way to cook with oil – uses significantly less than pouring. Easy to use – just fill with your choice of oil or vinegar, then pump and spray.

How to use

The plastic collar underneath the sprayer twists off so that the dispenser can be filled with oil.

Fill Misto only half full with oil to allow space for pressure.

Replace inner unit and tighten.

Pump spray ten or more times until firm.

Spray at a maximum angle of 45 degrees.

Do not put into dishwasher. Wash with hot soapy water.

Don't buy it!
I bought one of these from a Le Creuset store, having heard that their products are generally very good - what a mug! I got the thing home, followed the instructions on the packaging, and after a few days of use the product broke. The spray has a serious design flaw, in that it couldn't withstand the presures of its own internal pump, and as a result exploded on me, causing the lid to shatter (not with that much drama, however! The only reason I gave the spray one star is because you can't rate it lower, it's a seriously disappointing bit of kit.

Mine was returned
We tried one of these. Sounded a good way of lightly coating food with oil.

It worked ok briefly but quickly became partially blocked up and resultant dribble was annoying. No amount of washing and soaking in detergent seemed to cure the problem, so we returned it.

We use cold pressed oil so perhaps that contributed [shrug]. In any event, no use to us.

It doesn't work
I have wanted one of these for so long, decided to buy with some Christmas money, received it last week and it does not work. It pumped a couple of times, but barely any oil was released and on about the third of fourth pump it stopped. We have cleaned it and investigated all we can, still does not work. I am going to ask for money back. I wish I had read reviews before buying!
