Pretty Grim
Not enough pictures. Basically this book can do nothing to improve your skills. If you're new to boxing, thie lack of pictures will mean you don't do it right and if you're advanced and understand what the book is saying, then you don't need it. Try Boxing's Ten Commandments: Essential Training for the Sweet Science it is a much better book.
