Healthy Brands Acai Berry
I have been using Acai Berry products from different brands for some time and found that they helped with getting into shape, unfortunately I was unable to get a supply when I went on a months holiday which had the undesired effect of some weight returning (not much but enough that I noticed). On returning I found this Healthy Brands Acai Berry, which I have been taking for 2 months and I have found it EVEN better than the other ones I have used!

Not A Fan
Not my favourite Acai Supplement. The capsules are a bit bigger and harder to swallow than some others I have tried. I tend to use Acai to aid digestion and this one just didn't do it for me. It's cheaper than some brands so I suppose it just depends on what you're looking for.

Skeptical
I was a little unsure buying this product considering the fact that there isn't much evidence to suggest that it will indeed help with digestion/metabolism and so result in weight loss. Now while it doesn't state that it can cause miracles and of course should be taken with a balanced diet I thought it would possibly be having more of an effect than it is. Acai Berry is supposed to, to some degree, decrease your appetite. However I didn't find this to be the case, feeling perhaps even hungrier after taking one!

It's still early days and I'm going to give it a fair run, using up the bottle to see if that has any effect. I don't eat a lot but have a very slow metabolism, hopefully this will work in the long run but to those thinking of buying this product, I'd say that only in conjunction with a balanced diet and exercise in addition to this, are you going to see results. Then of course you'd probably see the same results with the above minus this...
