Customer Reviews

concise, easy-to-read, enjoyable.5
Sifu Wong shows a far superior understanding of Chi Kung (Qigong) in his books than many other authors have demonstrated.

In this sincere, no-nonsence book Sifu Wong demonstrates some of the most powerful basic exercises of his repertoire from the "Eighteen Lohan Hands" ("Shaolin Cosmos Qigong"). He shows various three-month programs for the reader to follow for sports, martial arts and alleviating illnesses. Even if you are healthy you will gain benefit from practicing these exercises.

Sifu Wong Kiew Kit's books are concise, and easy to read. This is a nice "do-along" book for "The Art of Chi Kung" (also by the author). I highly recommend this, and his other five books. It does exactly what it says on the tin!

Br Careful!3
Although i have the utmost resepect fot Sifu Wong the exercises in this book can a little dangerous. I tried them for around 6 weeks and found that Chi kept on getting stuck in my throat area! Insomnia, headaches and other unpleasant symptoms occured. One thing is that...cooling and collecting exercises are NOT included in this book enough....Try Daniel Reids book on chi gung. To my mind a lot safer.

Inspiring,a guide towards the light at the end of the tunnel4
This book sparks off all kinds of inspiration with regard to harnassing chi,And using different animal styles etc. However it is important to keep an open mind as some of the stories are difficult to believe for the untrained mind!.The excercises inside though simple seem to be effective after several months, both fittness and visualization improve. It is only a guide,so find an instructor for sefe advice,
