Review
'A compelling and action-filled adventure ... a galloping good example of its genre' Daily Telegraph 'This book is an achievement. Readers ... will be transported' Sunday Times 'A portrayal of true affection between boy and dragon - Paolini writes like someone gripped by his own story' Guardian 'A stirring fantasy of epic proportions' The Bookseller Shortlisted for Red House Children's Book Award. TES 20050218 I recommend the book Eragon and its sequel Eldest by Christopher Paolini, to any readers who like magic and ddragons. The film of Eragon is out in cinemas now too, but i think if you read the book first you can have your own picture of the character without your imagination being taken away by the screen!
