Customer Reviews
A comprehensive book on the difficult topic of pain
This excellent book treats pain as the problem, regardless of its cause. It covers all aspects of the subject from influential factors and interventions, to management of pain, in all age groups. For a book whose scope is so wide it manages to be quite detailed. The referencing is superb so where coverage in the book itself may be lacking, the author has given the reader the necessary information to follow it up for themselves. A very worthwhile purchase for any student nurse or qualified practitioner interested in this complex issue which affects most of our clients at some time.
