Magical Tale
This is the 1st book by Patricia Rice that I have read and I will buy more. I found this an unusual story line and very enjoyable. Lady Leila Staines feels an outcast in her family as she is the only one without a magical gift. She wants to find her gift and decides the way to do this is by growing roses as she has a powerful sense of smell. She hires Dunstan to help her with her project. He has been wrongfully accused of killing his wife and has vowed long ago never again to succumb to the spell of a beautiful Woman.
I think this story is linked to Merely Magic which I hope to read next.
