Beautifully hand drawn costumes for Judy Garland.
I love the actresses of the early stage and screen era, and Judy Garland is one of my favourites. I started collecting paper dolls a while ago and am enamoured by Tom Tierney's dolls. I think this is one of his earlier dolls as it is dated 1982, however, that fact does not detract from the fact that this doll and it's beautiful costumes from many of her films are as beautiful as his more recent designs are. There are three dolls of Judy at various ages of her life and 30 stunningly beautiful costumes. If you are a paper doll collector, or want to buy this for a friend who is a paper doll collector, then I would recommend that you add this particular doll to any collection. I am partial to Tom Tierney's dolls for other reasons too. The books are reasonably priced and beautifully presented to look good in any paper doll collection. This one is a must for any collector.
