She is an International Tutor and Demonstrator for Wilton in the US and also demonstrates for Squires Kitchen in the UK. Maisie has appeared on QVC and UKTV for The Good Food Show. She also contributes to magazines including Cakes & Sugarcraft and Cake Craft & Decoration. Maisie is based in South Wales.

Bright, step-by-step, good starter
Very helpful book. I'm a complete novice with a wish to get into this and when I saw the complete pictures i did not think it possible that I could create them but piece by piece, it came together and now I feel inspired and confident to try something harder and more intricate.

This book is brilliant, a must have for any cake decorator. Lots of fun things that can be adapted to suit.
