Fed up with political spin? What if America's leaders were held accountable for their broken promises and made to pay for their corruption? On an overcast night in Washington DC, a group of highly-trained killers embark on a mission of shattering brutality. A shocked country awakens to the devastating news that three of their most powerful and unscrupulous politicians have been violently murdered. In the political firestorm and media frenzy that follow, the assassins release their demands: either the country's leaders set aside their petty, partisan politics and restore power to the people, or they will be held to deadly account. TERM LIMITS is a tour de force of suspense, in which the ultimate democratic ideal - a government of the people - is taken to a devastating extreme.

Customer Reviews
A gripping read, very hard to put down
This was the second Vince Flynn novel i have read, and again i found it very difficult to put down. It continued from the first novel with its level of suspense and a 'need to know'feeling. The amount of research on the various organisations stands out. It is obvious that he has taken his research seriously and is keen to portray an accurate representation of the characters involved. Overall i cannot recomend this book and author highly enough. A must read.
Political Thriller
After assassinating three powerful and corrupt politicians, a paramilitary group demands that the U.S. president and congress reform the government or face more deaths. In the mix is freshman congressman and former marine Michael O'Rourke who correctly guesses the identity of the group's leaders and tries to stop them. This political thriller has violence and some strong language.
An exceptionally inventive political thriller
From the outset, this book grabs your attention and refuses to allow you to put it down. The idea behind the plot is interesting, and has a good twist. I thought that, as a political thriller, it would be run of the mill, but the book was exciting and the characters believable - you will miss them once you finish the book!
