Customer Reviews

Excellent text5
Awesome book. It begins with a history of terrariums and then explodes into facts, figures, and dynamics on how to build and maintain any one of several terrariums types: desert, jungle, forest, swamp, etc. I'm not exactly a beginner terrarist, but this book definitely has high-end stuff in it. I would personally recommend it for both advanced and beginning hobbyists, because certain sections contain more or less detailed or exacting information. The novice gets and easy entry into the hobby, and the expert learns a few things along the way as well. Don't be like me and waste your money on other terrarium texts. Buy this first, and you won't need to blow your cash on anythring else.

An excellent book from an author who obviously has years of hands on experience. No one can be disappointed with it's comprehensive coverage of the subject in a very easy to read style. By far the best I have found to date on the subject.
