Customer Reviews

Ideal for first timers5
This book is perfect for newcomers to homegrowing. It's easy to understand and full of extremely helpful colour photographs. Contains all the information you need such as materials, gaining maximum growth efficiency, problems and how to overcome them aswell as how to harvest the plant when it's ready. The only book you'll need to get going.

Informative indoor grow guide5
If you are new to indoor homegrow or need some tips on growing then this is the book for you. An informative guide taking you through grow room planning, hydroponic and soil systems, lighting and Co2 needs, cuttings and cloning and havesting. Also some great colour photographs of buds, plant problems, grow areas, and pests. A good book that can be picked up again and again for simple reference.

Its all abit fuzzy round the edges2
I purchased this book having been largely influenced by the ratings other amazon customers attributed to this book, however i can only comment on what i feel i have gained since reading what Ed has to say, and that is,,,,,well, not a lot really. Dont get me wrong, if youve havnt got a clue about where to start then this book will i guess come in handy, however, if like myself your wanting a book that will complement the info you have already gained through the majical mystery internet, (which lets face it, the very fact your on here would suggest youve already had quick browse through the countless sites out there) then stay away from this! far too many, if not all, stages of growth are hastilly put together with little or no detail, there are no simple step by step guides to construting a grow space, or growing. Yes, every stage is covered but there is no detail given (apart from maybe the nutrient pages)no simple photos of building your space, a couple of black and white sketches here and there but thats it. I purchased the book as a guide that i could refer too through different stages of growth, something that would be a point of reference when things undoubtably start to go a bit pete tong, however, i really do think that the oodles of info that is avaiable for free on the net is far more comprehensive. Buy this book if you truely are starting from stratch, then use the internet to look in detail what Ed is talking about, or buy another book that goes into things in more detail.
