Helpful book for irrational thinking and unhappiness
This book is good for detecting your own irrational thoughts and realising that our thoughts do affect how we feel, Ellis demonstrates how thoughts can lead to unhappiness through distortion or not clarifying things clearly. Although this book is a bit outdated it still holds relevant psychology when it comes to how we think and helps us to understand how thinking has a big part on how we feel on our unhappiness or our emotional problems. I would recommened this book to anyone wishing to deal with unhappiness or to understand their rational/irratational thoughts more clearly.
