Excellent follow up to the Liver Cleansing Diet
This is an excellent follow up book the Liver Cleansing Diet, also by Dr Cabot - it answers all those questions that you were afraid to ask, such as why should I have lemon or lime juice in the water - its all explained in here.

Plus, the book also goes a little deeper in explaining the various liver and bowel diseases/ problems.

It is well set out with some wonderful healthy recipies.

I would thoroughly recommend this book.
