Not a bad book4
This book gathers most if not all of the data on Frey one can find in the surviving written material, which makes it a good source book with the bonus of looking at Frey beyond the simplistic label of "fertility god". One thing that did trouble me though was the author's willingness to use some sources with less of a critical eye than advisable, such as Tacitus and Adam of Bremen. Plus, the author could have expanded more on Frey's relevance in modern times, but I guess anyone who reads it is free to take his/her own conclusions based on the data provided.

Overall, this is a good book, though little less than 10 pages long. Probably useful for students, very relevant for heathens and a must if you have some level of devotion to Frey.
