Customer Reviews

Good for inspiration3
Although the description suggests that this book is useful for makeovers, buyers should really purchase it for ideas and inspirations. The majority of rooms in this book are from (presumably) American households, which means that the rooms are much bigger than the average UK household and equally focus on different things. Many of the images are the type which are impressive to look at but are a little over the top for a normal room, unless you happen to live in Disney World. Saying that, there are a number of small things and features that could happily intergrate into the standard UK lifestyle, and that is what the book is probably best used for if you're wanting to apply it practically. And, to be honest, sometimes it's nice just to look at the "extreme" version of kids rooms and go "ooooh! I wish I had one of those when I was growing up!"
