Product Description

For years, lean initiatives have generated staggering improvements on the shop floor. And now many business leaders want these lean benefits incorporated into non-traditional environments. This bookdemonstrates how to efficiently translate and transition lean manufacturing principles into any office. Inthis work, Carlos Venegas confirms that the competitive advantage will go to those who manage information most effectively and efficiently. It is not enough to be a lean manufacturer - you need to be a lean business. The author translates the language of Lean Manufacturing into the language of Lean Office Flow, bringing bits, bytes, and conversations into the concrete world of process improvement.

Misses the point of Lean Office2
Sadly this is overly complicated yet simplistic at the same time. Wouldn't really advise this book to anyone at any level as I'm not sure sure the author truly understands Lean Philosophy in any practical way. There are better books out there.
