No Pictures
Before you buy this book - be aware - it is american and thus has measurements in cups and there are quite a few native products as ingredients.

My biggest complaint about this book is that there are no pictures, so that you can see the finished article.

You can try to replace the native ingredients with British ones, but the results are not always great.

On the plus side there are lots of tags should you wish to make a gift again and again.
