Synopsis
Essential Arms is the next in the series from Men's Health, the U.K's No.1 men's magazine. Renowned fitness expert, Kurt Brungardt, offers every man - no matter how fit or out-of-shape - an easy-to-follow plan designed to achieve quick results in biceps, triceps, and forearm growth. A 6-week starter programme incorporates the latest in exercise science but is presented in everyday language that men can understand. From here, readers can progress to more advanced weight-lifting routines, guaranteed to build bulk. Because strength training should be part of a total-body approach to fitness, readers will also find sections on diet, motivation, and stretching. This second book of the Men's Health Peak Conditioning Guides offers an effective, safe way to bigger, more powerful arms and a healthier body.

It makes you work very hard, B.U.T: IT DOES WORK
Well, I have this book for two month and you know what? IT DOES WORK. It makes you work very hard. You start with easy exercises, but when you’re getting used to go to the gym more-less regularly (approx. in 3 weeks after you’ve started the program), Kurt adds more and more difficult ones and then you can’t stop, as you see the results and you’re becoming very challenged. I think Kurt is a very clever guy and I would go to his classes if I lived in the states.:-) I’m not a gym guru and not mad spending my entire time in there, but three hours a week in the gym really changing your life (sorry for banality). I would suggest to use it in complex with two other books: Essential Chest and Shoulders: An Intense 6-week Program (Men's Health Peak Conditioning Guides) , Essential Abs ("Men's Health" Peak Conditioning Guides) and Essential Arms (Men's Health Peak Conditioning Guides) .
