Wow! -This works!
I am a 32 year old woman who has spent far to long being inactive and living off mainly takeaways and chocolate, who every now again starves herself on some fad diet or just not eating and then puts the weight back on and then some.
This is the best diet I have ever been on!!! Mainly because I have been able to stick to it.
The reasons why this diet has been so effective for me is that is that:
1. The science behind it made absolute sense to me and explained why I was so flabby even though I don't eat much and why it congregrated around my belly.
2. I get to eat more than I have ever had before and loose weight! I don't calorie count any more.
3. There is an exercise plan with it that is extremely effective (I am starting to see my 6 pack)and minimal effort is required.
4. The diet iteself is extremely healthy but you are still allowed peanut butter, bread, cheese and the diet requires that you break your diet for one night a week to eat whatever you want. (To be honest I haven't done this yet because I am never hungry on this diet)
The only negative comment I can make is that some of the recipes for the main meal might need extra flavouring by herb or spice. I use the recipes as a base and then tweek them to my personal preference.
I can't praise this book enough. I am 4 weeks into the diet and I have lost weight, feel stronger, healthier and have more energy. All my friends and family have noticed and have ordered this book.
If you really want to loose weight and keep it off this is the book for you - It just makes sense.

This book is so good I'll bullet point rather than babble.

IT REALLY WORKS AND IS EASY TO FOLLOW. I skimmed through it in a shop to make sure it as write for me, DEFINATLY WORTH THE PURCHASE.
The Best Ever
This book says it all. The diet is fantastic, lots of food to choose from,great recipes, never get bored with the food you are to eat. You even get one meal per week to eat what ever you choose so you never feel deprived.
The exercises vary to suit all capabilities, either in the gym or at home. You need very little equipment so can exercise anywhere,anytime.
Buy the book it is the best, and i have tried them all. You really will find your abs.
