Product Description

In fifteen step-by-step demos, Donna Dewberry brings her distinctive style and easy painting techniques to landscape painting and makes it fun and creative.Readers will see that you don't have to be a serious painter to create lovely landscapes, that you can relax and enjoy the process without getting bogged down in theory or spending time mastering technical skills. The author shows step by step how to paint a complete scenic landscape on canvas in less than an hour using a sponge to wash on large areas of sky and ground, and double-loaded brushes and palette knives to paint trees, foliage and flowers. Readers will also learn how to paint landscapes across two, three and four side-by-side canvases to create their own colourful wall art that is easy to display and needs no framing.

Not enough Information2
This book assumes that you have already used her other books (flowers etc) and gained instruction that way on the brushes and how to do the brush strokes. It gives a couple of quick how to pages that shows 2/3 basic pictures on each stroke, but no in-depth instruction. The projects involve quick fairly undetailed painting, ie using a sponge to do the background then one stroke procedure to finish. Ok for people who like to paint quick landscapes with no real detail involved.
