About the Author
Mary Finch was born and educated in London, and has worked in the book trade both as an editor and a bookseller for many years. She has two daughters, and currently lives with her two cats in a thatched cottage built in 1640 in a small village just outside Bath. Roberta Arenson has a BA in Fine Arts from the University of California. She lives in northern Arizona and works in collage, monoprint and watercolor. She is the illustrator of One, Two, Skip A Few! (1998), Manu and the Talking Fish (2000), and A Caribbean Counting Book for Barefoot Books.

Wonderful first book
My son thinks this book is the greatest - it is the first book he has tried to read along with.

He has memorised all the voices and actions, and even speaks some of the words - at 18 months! - he could read this book 20 times a day and still not get bored.

A great bed time book.
Our little grandson (3) loves this book. We could read it to him multiple times per day. His other grandmother, said it was her favorite book when she was little. A must buy!
