Average customer review:Product Description
Cooking with clay pots is very simple; the food is cooked in its own juices in traditional earthenware containers, such as tagines, chicken bricks and bean pots. This collection of over 80 recipes includes a variety of first course dishes and light meals, such as oven-roasted red onions and chinese chicken and chili soup. Game and poultry main meals range from fragrant lamb curry to poussins and new potato pot-roast, as well as plenty of fish and vegetarian recipes.

Customer Reviews
delicious every time
I love this book! The recipes are well laid and explained, easy to follow and all the ones I've tried so far are delicious! I also like the little tips, such as suggestions for substitute ingredients and information on choosing fresh produce that is not necessarily an every-day choice for the shopping trolley (e.g. okra).
Highly recommended.
